smoking – when you quit

Points to note when quitting.

  • To control the nicotine urge, cut down on coffee an liquor.
In four days, the nicotine will completely out of your system.
  • Every time you urinate, the nicotine and poisons will be leaving your system, so drink water and antioxidants like oranges to move poisons out.
  • As the nicotine leaves your system, so is the calcium, so for the first four days, increase the calcium in your diet – cheese, vitamin and mineral tablets, etc.
  • As the nicotine leaves the system, the sugar also drops. this causes the craving for nicotine, For each of the first four days, increase your sugar intake by eating things like dried fruit like raisins, figs, etc.
  • Because smoking is a nervous habit, the nicotine settles the nerves and you may feel stressed. Vitamin-B complex, meditation or just plain relaxation is a good counter-measure.
  • On the fourth day, you’ll feel great because the nicotine is gone from your system.
  • On the tenth day, you’ll feel better still because all your blood cells will be oxygenated and your body will be rid of smoke, nicotine and other poisons.
  • Your performance will improve. Which performance? All manner of performance.
[Come on now, do I have to spell it out?]

My job is not to tell anyone to quit smoking and if you want to quit, I can teach you how.
